Getting better together with ADA online

Welcome to ADA. This version of the After Death Analysis (ADA) audit tool has been developed together with our software partners DCSL Software to help improve real outcomes for residents at the end of life. ADA online is easy to use and reflects the extent to which care homes are providing a 'gold standard' of care as promoted by the GSFCH Training Programme.

The Gold Standards Framework Central Team is working with Omega, the National Association for End of Life Care to deliver the ADA audit tool on your behalf and acknowledges the extensive development and evaluation work undertaken by the University of Birmingham and members of the GSF Central Team.
